In 2023, Dr. Starkman took on the prestigious role of Fellowship Director through the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), a globally recognized Educational Academy. As a respected figure in both teaching and practicing facial plastic surgery, Dr. Starkman annually mentors a surgeon, providing them with a year of intensive training and essential skills required for success in this specialty.
