The patient is a beautiful young woman who was seen for nose concerns. She wanted some reduction of her nasal bump and refinement of her bridge. She also felt that her tip was droopy and pulled down when she smiled. She underwent a rhinoplasty (nose job) and fat transfer with Dr. Starkman. She is shown here 6 months following her procedure.
