The patient is a wonderful 57-year-old woman who was seen for facial aging. She was bothered by the loose skin along her lower face, jowls, and neck, and also felt that her eyes were making her look tired. This patient also wanted her earlobes to look more refreshed. Dr. Starkman treated her with a Deep Plane Facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery with fat grafting, and earlobe repair. She is shown here 4 months following her procedure.
